Cedar Point RV Resort & Marina

We had a great experience at Cedar Point. The cabin was the perfect size for myself and my three kids, they had all the cooking necessities to make meals, a fridge etc. The cabin was cool in the middle of august because we kept the blackout blinds down and the windows open, as well as the tree cover so we weren't too hot. Wifi for when I needed to check emails, and a TV with netflix for the kids after a long day of playing at the lake. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this place for any family and we'll be back next summer.

We stayed in Cabin 3 , and it was well decorated, clean and in a great location for our activities. We were staying in the area on a fishing trip

Amazing stay. Hosts are top notch. They had the marina deck set up with chairs and tables to enjoy the lake and mountain views. They even set up corn hole outside for us to play on a nice day and opened up the welcome centre to play games. Such amazing hospitality We stayed in the campground which is very well maintained and the creek on site is a gem

We stayed in one of the beautiful campground sites in Shady Lane. Nestled amongst the trees in very spacious full hook-up sites with lovely super-clean flush toilet & sink facilities nearby. It was all you could ask for. The hosts Ross DeBoer & Jamee Case were wonderful....friendly,accommodating & gracious. I would stay again at Cedar Point RV & Marina in a heartbeat......but alot longer next time!!

We stayed for two nights in one of the cabins that have been recently updated and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Everything inside the cabin was very nice. The linens were top quality and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic resort! Wonderful hosts, Jamee and Ross made our stay so much fun, BBQ's and beautiful sunsets on the deck! Incredible camping spot, clean facilities and quick walk to the lake. Swimming and paddling everyday! And dog friendly too! So much fun😄🐕🐾. Will be spending many weekends there in the near future!💯

We stayed over the Labour Day weekend- WOW! 🤩 this is a fantastic retreat in a beautiful setting. So peaceful! Great access to the water and club house deck and amenities. Spacious and cozy cabin. Can’t say enough about the warm hospitality provided by Jamee and Ross. What a great get a way for the soul ☺️

Had boat dockage for just under 2 weeks. Marina was was well sheltered from the lake and weather and was clean and well maintained. Service of staff was 5 start even offering and helping put our boat in and out. Cant say enough about the staff. Was provided with a good spot to store our boar trailer also.

Our hosts were super friendly and helpful. All upgrades to cabins and marina look fantastic. We even fit in a swim across Kootenay Lake. Had a great long weekend there

We enjoyed a 2 week holiday in one of the cabins at Cedar Point. It was a relaxing and restorative family vacation. The cabins are clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you require for meals, showering and sleeping. The location is close to hiking trails and beaches. I would not hesitate to recommend Cedar Point as a quiet family retreat.

Very nice campground, quiet, clean, and not to big. If your looking for a great little campgound on the east side of kootenay lake, this is it. Our hosts where very friendly and helpful, and made our stay enjoyable.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in one of their cabins. The cabin was clean and comfortable had everything we needed and then some. The hosts Ross and Jamie made us feel really comfortable and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! I’m sure we will return.

We spent 3 amazing days in a cabin at Cedar Point RV Resort and Marina 🤍 Such a cozy and peaceful place to relax and recharge. The breathtaking lake view was absolutely unforgettable — especially during sunrise and sunset ✨ There are beautiful forest walking trails all around, fresh air, and the true calmness of nature. A perfect place to escape the city and simply enjoy the moment. We would definitely love to come back again 🌲🌊

Comfortable cabin with all the necessities and homey touches. Perfect location with helpful and friendly management. Really grateful for this cozy home away from home.

The new owners are wonderful and go over and above for your needs. The stream running through the RV park is absolutely beautiful (we stayed in my moms RV). The lake is a little far (across a road that is pretty busy) but is worth it once you get to the beach. Breathtakingly gorgeous. The one downside I would say is that no pets are allowed and that is the reason we couldn't stay in the cabins. Our family includes our fur baby so that was disappointing but it was still a great stay.

We have our RV here at the shady lane campground for the season. The setting among the cedars is amazing! The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The resort is under New ownership and management and they have been constantly working at upgrading and improving the whole resort! Water and beach access is awesome with a Marina onsite as well! Looking forward to many summers here over the years with our family! There are also newly renovated cabins at the resort we plan on renting for our extended family to come vacation with us….Highly recommend checking it out!

We recently stayed at Cedar Point RV in a newly renovated cabin. The cabin was very clean, perfect for our little family vacation. The location is amazing as you can walk right across the road to access the beach. Our hosts were welcoming, and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to be back again!

I would definitely stay there again! The owners were very kind and accommodating. The campsites were gorgeous! Lush, earthy, right next to a beautiful river. The washroom was clean and modern. There is no shower or cell reception at the sites.

Our family has been staying at this resort for many years now. The new owners are very friendly and are working very hard to bring the resort back to life. The cabins have been newly renovated and look great! With the new marina coming as well, this is a great place to spend a weekend or the whole summer!

Cedar point RV and Marina is under new management and the new owners are so accommodating and kind! The cabins are so cute and fully stocked with towels and cook wear. Our large family rented out 3 cabins and it was such a great time. Kootney lake is gorgeous! This place is a hidden gem 10/10 reccomend!!

Jamie and Ross were welcoming hosts. We enjoyed a 2 week stay in cabin 4. The cabins are clean and comfortable and stocked with all supplies (towels, bedding, kitchen basics) you may need. The surroundings are beautiful with many hikes and public beach access a short distance from your front door. It was the restorative and peaceful vacation our family needed. I would definitely recommend Cedar Point.
